Our purpose:

Crossroads Community Church exists to connect unconnected people to Christ and His church and develop them to become authentic, fully functioning followers of Jesus Christ. Our passion is to help people grow in intimacy with God, community with insiders and influence with outsiders.

Our strategy:

We will accomplish this by creating relevant, irresistible environments where God can be experienced and life change can take place. These environments are specifically designed to meet the spiritual needs of the target audience and move them from being an unconnected spiritual seeker to a fully functioning follower of Jesus Christ.

An integral part of our strategy is what we call “Invest and Invite.” We challenge our people to invest time and energy in significant relationships with outsiders then invite them to church where they can hear and respond to the Gospel. To accomplish this, we are committed to doing a few things and doing them very well, freeing people to be effective as both servants at church and witnesses in their community.

Our vision is nothing less than changing the spiritual landscape of Berks County by becoming a dynamic, creative, life-changing church through which God redeems and transforms individuals, families and entire communities.
